VENDOR APPLICATION FORM FOR 2026

THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BEING A VENDOR FOR BIRDSTOCK 2026! 

The Vendor Application form is NOW LIVE!  Early Bird Pricing until April 1!

To apply to be a vendor for the 2026 BirdStock Festival, please complete the digital application form and attach the appropriate document files.  Our team member will contact you to confirm any submission acceptances.  

Applicable Fees based on your Participation in the Artisan Market:

• Artisan Vendors - Early Bird Rate: $225 regular booth or $250 for a corner location before April 1, 2026.  $250 regular booth or $275 for a corner location after April 1, 2026. Booth is a 10'x10' space.
• Food/Beverage Vendors - Early Bird Rate: $225 before April 1, 2026.  $250 after April 1, 2026.  Set-up must comply with City of San Diego food & beverage guidelines for special events.  Booth is a 10'x10' space.  Food Trucks: Early Bird Rate: $250 before April 1, 2026. $300 after April 1, 2026.
• Non-profit organizations - $100 (please provide your non-profit tax ID information)
• Thank you for your support.  BirdStock is hosted by the Bird Rock Community Council, a 501(c)3 charitable organization operated by volunteers.  Vendor fees go towards the cost of executing the event and support programming at Bird Rock Elementary School.  

All vendors will be included on designation map.  Vendors must provide their own table set-up and provide proof of insurance.  

The streets will be closed and vendor booths will be placed on the streets.
