VENDOR APPLICATION FORMs & FEES

To apply to be a vendor for the 2025 BirdStock Festival, please complete the digital application form and attach the appropriate document files.  Our team member will contact you to confirm any submission acceptances.  


Applicable Fees based on your Participation in the Artisan Market:

  • Artisan Vendors - $150 for a new vendor ($130 for a returning vendor). Booth is a 10'x10' space.
  • Food/Beverage Vendors - $130 for a new vendor ($115 for a returning vendor).  Set-up must comply with City of San Diego food & beverage guidelines for special events.  Booth is a 10'x10' space.
  • Power Access - if you require access to power at your location, an additional fee of $60/vendor is applicable.  Fee is for power access only - vendors must bring their own power extension cords.
  • Non-profit organizations - $0. Fees waived (please provide your non-profit tax ID information)


All vendors will be included on designation map.  Vendors must provide their own table set-up and provide proof of insurance.  

The streets will be closed and vendor booths will be placed on the streets.
