BIRDSTOCK 2025 EVENT SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

As a Pelican Sponsor, you can be featured on the Main Stage, with advertising of your brand/logo on multiple options on the stage.  The main stage draws the biggest audience throughout the day!

As a Pelican Sponsor, you might opt to get as many eyes on your brand as possible.  The festival entrance on the South side of the event (Midway St. and La Jolla Blvd.) may be a great option for you!

As a Pelican Sponsor, you may want a targeted audience of the Beer/Wine Garden area (ages 21+).  This is a great placement to impact folks who will be taking a seat and relaxing for a while!

As a Pelican or Cormorant Sponsor, you can host an exclusive VIP event.  Your brand/logo will be prominently displayed on invitations and at the event.  Additional fees will apply for event costs (work with our team to create the perfect event!)

As a Cormorant Sponsor, you can feature your brand/logo in a family-friendly activity area.  This is a highly visited area throughout the day, with plenty of activities to keep the littles and parents entertained!

As a Cormorant Sponsor, you can be featured at the Kids Stage, which features local young performers throughout the day and celebrates youth participation in the arts in our community!

As a Cormorant Sponsor, you might opt for a placement at the Surf Shop Stage, which features fresh local acoustic artists and a cool vibe in the Bird Rock Surf Shop patio.  With plenty of visitors enjoying the sunshine and Surf Cafe's fare, it's family-friendly, relaxed, and quintessential Bird Rock!

As a Cormorant Sponsor, perhaps the DJ booth, which features music throughout the day will have the best visibility for your brand!  

As a Cormorant Sponsor, you may wish to sponsor a Photo Opportunity area where attendees will take photos and interact with your brand on their digital photo prints!  

As a Snowy Plover Sponsor, there are quite a few great options to feature your brand.  We will be hosting a Pumpkin Patch, custom Hat Bar, and Merch Booth area for you to select from.   Or you might opt for a speciality area, such as the Book Nook, Pet Adoption Zone, Mini-Golf Zone, or the Tennis Area.  Great placement for related kid- and pet-friendly brands! 

As a Snowy Plover Sponsor, you might want eyes on your brand at the Skate Park, where we'll be hosting demos with local skaters and BMXers.  Great placement for lifestyle and drink brands here! 

For Seagull and Bird Rock Local Sponsor levels, you have the option to have a printed banner for an additional +$100 printing cost fee.  This will be featured on the open fences or railing during the event.
